Skin Cancer

Well, this woman had skin cancer (Melanoma), causing metastases throughout the body, including a tumor in the neck, which was considered too risky to operate. (But she was under Hospice Care). The tumor grew rapidly, and they tried to relieve pain with radiation therapy, and covering with anesthetic cream several times a day. But finally they decided to remove the tumor, but she died a week later.

Melanoma's a bitch. Hope she enjoyed her sunburns and tanning beds, they cost her her life.

That said, it's kinda bullshit they didn't remove that a LOT sooner. Might have bought her 6 months or so.

I dont think much UV radiation would have reached the back of her head. And she doesnt look that tanned.

It's called metastatic disease, shitstain. The melanoma didn't start there.

Rarely does the initial tumor kill anyone. Its all the metastasis that pop up everywhere. Fun places like your lungs, internal organs and brain.

I personally don't do oncology, but my wife does. She's seen this kill more than one person. -Not all old people either, I'm talking people as young as 20. Scary shit.
