i thought whatever hand you hold the bow with you draw the string and set the arrow on the inside on that hand not the outside.

That's more than one standard action per round. Even if the DM allows it she should take a penalty to her damage rolls.

The bowmen showed the citicens of the town those two fingers.... They could fire rapidly more than the opponent!
Had nocthing to do with "Peace" or "victory" as the word.
