definitely not the same guy, ear lines are off, and so is the hair line.

I wouldn't go with the hairline being proof since hairlines change, and even then I don't think they're that much off. The nose and the ears are very similar. The eye sockets are different though. That said, it's also a matter of perspective, since in the left picture, he is turned slightly closer to the camera.
