Wizard of OZ munchkin hanging. WTF

Okay. So this has been floating around for a while now and thought you'd like to share your opinion with me on this. (In the upper top left hand corner you'll see something that looks like it's dangling) Some say it's a munchkin killing it's self, some say it a big bird. Whats your opinion?

If you actually watch the DVD, you can clearly see it's the large bird that wondered on to the set during the tin man dance. This huge bird is apparent when your looking for it and not obvious at all when your not. So that's all that is...large bird flapping it's wing. Answered.
