What are you talking about spanky? This guy is a fucking moron, and not only that... He is indeed wrong. This dude is a smug, self loathing dip shit, who thinks having sex with children is okay... 'because he thinks that and is right'. Good job douche bag.

this guy said torture isn't punishment. OK, except isn't the reason we torture people because they won't comply with our demands. Isn't that punishment? Now while I don't disagree with the use of extreme measures against these people given what we get in return from them. Make sure you bring A game intellectually when you give a fucking interview. Thats why this homo is a douche

If used an interrogation tool it isn't punishment. The not torture part is just positive reinforcement.

"Its my view and it happens to be correct." The U. S. government needs an enema.

"Cruel and unusual punishment." She kind of failed right there.

Darn nosey media and their liberal outlook...

Liberal is cool

It was before Al Franken came along and nerded it all up. What a dick.
I consider myself "liberal" that is why it's cool.

I'd like to see a follow up vid after he's had his fingernails ripped out and been beaten with an electrical cord for three hours.

Seconded.

Thirded

But he isn't being punished, hell nooooo... what would he be punished for...? That's my view and it happens to be correct.
I guess the question is "why are they being tortured?"
Exactly, If the torture isnt punishment, why is an authority figure torturing the accused? That would make it assualt.
Yeah it's kind of funny that way, you see, laws don't effect lawmakers or those charged with enforcing the "laws", sure they might get a slap on the wrist, generally though the hammer only comes down on the rest of us bums. Except for a few, like that idiot Budd Dwyer, he would have got a slap on the wrist, but he decided to blow his brains out. What a moron. Google, or mucho him if you haven't seen it already.
Well, no. The question I meant was: are they being tortured as a form of punishment, or to gather information?

Interegation Watson.
Torture is a violation of human rights and should be banned.
i'd like to torture you

Fuck that those people will cut your fucking head off just for shits and giggles and very brutally at that.
Pff, this guy is an amateur. A real torture fan would argue "Well we do it so often that it's not really 'unusual' anymore now is it?"
hehehe,... nice one el wanko;... you sure you're not a lawyer?...
My guess is that he has had a lot of experience with lawyers.

'retainer' is that the term you use, wanko?
It keeps my teeth straight you asshole.
"teeth straight", is that a new euphemism?
"my guess is that he has a lot of expirience with lawyers" hahaha
9 years ago

This guys calls himself an "Originalist"...meaning that he takes the original interpretation of all documents created at the birth of our country. In 1776, the phrase "We The People", the word "People" only meant white males...so if this guy is a true Originalist, two third's of the US today are allowed the same rights and freedom's as "Whitey Whiteman"..he likes to play both sides..never showing his cards...a sad state for such a great country....
Typo..sorry...I meant "are NOT allowed the same rights and freedom's"
You're confused. Typo does not translate into, "Shit, I'm a dumbass for forgeting the reply button!"
it's hard being a dumb "mas" sometimes
i always trust a person that looks to the floor 90% of the time when they speak to me
9 years ago

torture as a means of punishment is uncontitutional. as a means of gaining information it is not.
Exactly, so we should only torture innocent people.
He's correct. Listen carefully kids!
