Hong Kong Phooey

So that guy reminded me of Drizzt Do'Urden for a reason.
During credits it says inspired by Icewind Dale.
I guess that would be the reason.
yeah he did. baldurs gate was a good game.

Time to be a loser... Drizzt is a character created by R.A. Salvatore... salvatore wrote a series of books starting him, one such book (from the icewind dale series) has drizzt and company travel to mithiral hall and take it back from some evil dwarves or some shit.

ra salvatore books are typically a good read if you are into fantasy type stuff.. i heard his starwars books are really good too... haven't read them yet tho.. im currently attempting to go through the entire discworld book series... 2 down.. way too many to go!

Mr Juggalo says "Time to be a loser..."

I find the irony exhilarating!

Oddly enough, I have the Icewind Dale trilogy about a foot from my head right now.

And on the shelf above it, the majority of the Discworld series.

That being said, I don't remember Drizzt and Artemis duking it out and the horde of monsters appearing.

*knocks icewind dale trilogy off shelf onto smerfs head....takes off
10 years ago
I also have the Icewind Dale trilogy in the same room with me, wierd, but it is more like, five feet to my right.

Good luck, Dik. It's pretty well packed into my bookshelf.

wow alot of fantasy fans here. The first i heard of d4izzt was when my firend lent me the first baldurs gate and i helped his character kill some gnolls, lol.

So I just got the first book of the icewind dale series a couple days ago(crystal shard) but i havent had time to read it because calculus and physics suck and i never read it before because i was into dragonlance when i was younger.
...oddly enough, I have some Dragonlance on the shelf below the Drizzt stuff.
I have a whole book case full of Dragonlance, it was my favorite series.
Dragonlance was good, being a half elf and all, poor Tanis. Anybody read Terry Goodkind?
Come to think of it Dragonlace was a loooong asss time ago.:(
10 years ago
Goodkind sounds familiar but I can't place the book, I always liked Caramon over Tanis, and I'm getting old, thanks for the reminder.

Raistilin sp? was cooler although alzheimers clouds my vision.
"Wizards First Rule" is an excellent book, and so are the next four or five, check them out grandpa.
Huh, whad ya say, sonny, I'll check it out... A really good easy read, not that any of that genre are to difficult, other than the Robert Jordan books, Are the Harry Turtledove books about Gerin the Fox, Prince of the North was one of them, good shit.
I'll give those a look too, olepa, but seriously consider Goodkind, his work is more geared toward political, moral, and sexual themes based in a fantasy world, only it comes off more.. conventional fiction than fantasy?
It takes awhile to get into but well worth the effort!!!
And theres evil dominatrixes..WOOHOOOOO!

PAUSE! Where's the start button. The first dude to say some intelligent things about this video was a juggalo who calls himself "grim". Now I don't know if it's a coincidence that I'm a huge R.A. Salvatore fan, and a juggalo. As soon as I saw the title I knew what it was, and so far I've read all the books until "The Legacy" Which I'm reading the series now. So if any one actually knows what I'm talking about, good. If not, grab one of his books, and get your read on.

George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series is splendid for anyone who is into knights and medieval stuff. HBO just optioned his books because they are so bad ass. Terry Goodkind is thankfully finally getting his shit done and wrapping up his saga. I'm on the next to the last book. I will check out those R.A. Salvatore books after I am done with Goodkind, and these assassin books by Robin Hobb.
Now that you mention the evil dominatrixes, I think maybe I have read that, and the assassin books were pretty good too.
Im going to have to stay away from this place and read some of the above mentioned. My free time is limited and I waste most of it here. And Sam Raimi is making Goodkinds stuff into a miniseries. *Crosses fingers it doesnt suck.
it was a good pencil test... it wil be even better once the guy gets some color on it

good job to whomever did this animation.
