How to Pour a Coke Without Fizz

The bubbles are formed due to the fact that the sugar solution (coke) is stronger than the surface tension than water. Dissolved carbon dioxide when pouring begins to quickly stand out from the sugar solution, but because of the strength of the solution begins to foam. Ethanol acts as the classical antifoam by reducing the surface tension force and reduces the concentration of sugar in the solution.

Actually, there was this stuff I found out about while I was living in SoDak that you might have seen, Poss. It's called Puma Kola by a company called Sprecher. It tastes a lot like Pepsi, but with a much more spicier kick to it. Tastes like clove and cinnamon. It's what I feel Pepsi should have been. My favorite is their Cream Soda. I never had a Cream Soda that was honey based instead of vanilla.
