Midnight circus by Erin Morgenstern if you want more loves doves stuff, the fairyland books by c. Valente if you like all age fantasy , gun machine by Warren Ellis if you like violent pulp, American gods by gaiman if you like awesomeness and stoner by John Williams if you're in the mood for high quality literature

not into the loves dove bs, the fault was a random select and i just got sucked in. Before I was reading food of the gods but it didnt wrap everything up as I wanted it to, I still have more questions.

I dont have a select genre that I enjoy, I just like good books.

Zeitoun and hologram for the king by Dave eggers are also fantastic books and then there's How to get filthy rich in booming Asia. By moshin Hamid, my book of 2013...! Everything by Jonathan. Lethem and David Gilbert is awesome too

Fucking smartyphone!

I saw "how to become rich in booming asia" but I just lazily glazed over it. As you continue to add more and more titles I will write them down and start to pick away.

You could be Birdman.

Batmans gay sidekick
uhm yes, but

dick grayson who became nightwing
jason todd who died then became red hood
tim drake who became red robin or
damian wayne who died (and was also the most badass and the youngest robin ever)

oh, and then there's stephanie brown, and that lil lesbo from the dark knight continuity... but who gives a shit about female robins?
so please, be more precise
You go ahead and pick which one, it matters not.
damn nerds
well, damian was shortest, but he was also league-trained, carried a katana and killed a guy once.... and he'd still be way taller than ant-man

there's no way to deny it, i LOO-OOOVE batman. if that makes me a nerd, i am one with pride.

What batman movie is your favorite?

Gay comes to mind too

TDK, even though the plot makes no sense.
the burton movies are nice to look at but get the batman/ bruce wayne character all wrong, everything else is just rubbish.
i do love the 90's animated series though, prolly the best portrayal of batman ever. the arkham games are also pretty fucking good - no wonder, they're scripted and voiced by the same ppl that made the animated series.

For me it's a toss up between batman begins and dark knight. Not that much of a batman nerd but I did make sure I saw them all. The last one was ,meh I still watch it but that's only because my kid is into it.
I loved Batman Year One the animated movie, mainly because Commissioner Gordon was so awesome in it.

Nerds, what can you say.

* Barret goes back to watching Dragon Ball *

i hated begins and i hated rises, tdk is amazing though... guess it's cuz the villains are always more interesting than the bat himself, and tdk was the only time they ever got the villain right in any of the movies.

hated year one in comic form, hated the animated one... same goes for dark knight returns, frank miller is a fucking idiot.
I agree with you on the last part
I get angry when people say The Dark Knight Returns is the best Batman movie ever :(
3 years ago
OMG!!! That is sooo the best movie...ever!!!!
the entire DKR continuity, along with "all-star batman and robin" just shows how little miller gets the batman character, and how much of a chauvinistic misogynistic macho asshole he really is.
miller and jeph loeb are the worst writers that ever worked on batman
3 years ago
I liked Danny Devito as the penguin though.
scott snyder and david finch are pretty damn awful as well

yeah, funny, but not true to the cobblepot character really... like all the movie versions of all the villains
3 years ago
lol - a comic book movie being the best movie...ever!!!!
