Take off your T-shirt

A great song about people who wear t-shirts of bands they know nothing about, and the video is pretty funny too, even has great pyro effects at the end!

There were not tits in this, the phrase "take off your shirt" is used only to aquire flashing.

I've never heard that before, but if it was amateur, then that was really good singing especially in the fast parts.

i´m glad you all like it, the singer´s name is Watt White, the lead singer for The SmashUp (http://www.thesmashup.com). here´s his myspace: http://www.myspace.com/wattwhite , you can find some other really cool songs like "emo days" and the lyrics to this song there, enjoy and share, this guy really deserves to be better-known.

haha wow very nice. Great singing and interesting video

^metalmarlow it's not about how LONG the person listened to it, it's if he/she actually knows anything about the band they have printed on their shirt...You could have started listening to Metalica 6 months ago and know a shit load more about them than somebody that grew up when they were big, that's not the point. It's people who buy the item of clothing simply because they wanna be cool (aka posers)

^Or put 'metal' in their screen name.

Oh, and judging by the bands he chose to use most in his song: AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Queensryche, etc. I'd say he listened to metal at least since the 80's.

being a metal lover, it doesnt matter when the metal is made it just matter how good it is and alot of the music he said is crapo ne ways. its not even worth fighting over.they also play crappy fake grunge music.

^ I agree. its not worth bitching about. People who obsess over a band that much need to just enjoy the music, and forget about the image... and take a shower.

'...You could have started listening to Metalica 6 months ago and know a shit load more about them than somebody that grew up when they were big...' <--- I highly doubt that. Unless of course, you are refereeing to people who listened to INXS, Prince, U2, and other MOR crap during that time.

...By the way, there are 2 ‘L’s in Metallica.

IMO a poser is anybody who claims to listen to (or enjoy) a type of music because they think it will 1) make them popular (2) make them appear to be cool (3) make them money. Regardless of the era there will always be posers - the trick is to spot them quickly and mock them. Posers are also very easy to crack since they know very little about the genre of music they're pretending to dig.

Fun Fact #666: Dave Mustane (Megadeth) tried to get Kerry King (Slayer) to join Megadeth in the early years of the band (pre Killing is my Business). When asked about it, MegaDave had the following to say: ‘...Kerry is too into the Slayer image... Which I think is a bit poserish anyway...’

I have a recording of MegaDave's first post Metallica interview. It was done the day after the first Megadeth gig (with Kerry King on guitar) - If anybody is interested in it, let me know and I'll hook you up with it. It's pretty funny because MegaDave is at work and he's getting bitched at during the interview.

i cant stand most of the bands he mentioned, but that song is pretty sweet, and the topic is brilliant<br>

also, is that henry rollins wearing the Misfits shirt?

ironic how "metalmarlow" doesn't agree with the song, or hear oldschool hardcore punk influences in it. What crap do you listen to? limp bizkit? blink 182?
