Does anyone know if you used vineger and baking soda could you make it nearly pipe bomb powerfull ? I've read it can be done but i doubt it

i knew someone that did this with a glass bottle needless to say he didnt have a face after or we just could barely see it because it was all stitches

^^fuz I used to use vinegar and baking soda to make volcanoes for science class as a kid. I can't imagine making a bomb outta it, though.
