From a restaurant near me called Slater's 50/50 because their burgers are 50% ground bacon. They make a mean bacon brownie too

Mix a couple of beaten eggs in after the noodles are done, add the seasoning for the noodles, and fry the lot. Poor man's egg foo yung

That actually doesn't sound that bad. The problem I run into is the cheese always cooks completely off when its shredded and mixed, but in between two patties could lessen the dissipation.

I used to go to the one in Anaheim Hills as I lived right down the road from it. Haven't been there since I moved to Fullerton. Don't eat anything before you go and don't plan to eat anything after, it's at least a full days worth of food.
