The Ark Hotel Concept

Russian architectural firm Remistudio has taken the concept of a man-made biosphere and gone to sea with its vision for the floating "Ark Hotel." Designed to withstand floods, tidal waves and rising ocean levels as well as earthquakes and other natural disasters, the hotel concept would float and function independently on the surface of a body of water, providing a green, self-sustaining environment for guests who presumably, would never have to leave.
The shell-inspired Ark design has a load-bearing system of arches and cables which maintain an even weight distribution to withstand earthquakes, whilst the prefabricated frame allows for a fast and easy construction.
The internal garden provides a lush escape for guests by acting as a greenhouse and enough daylight is filtered throughout the internal rooms to reduce the need for lighting.

And the last pic is the Ark gently sinking into the Marianas trench.

Why is there a tornado coming out of the chimney ... And why would you store cold around heat. It seems as realistic as the one in the bible ...

the heat is probably generated by removing it from the cold area like in a fridge, which is why your fridge lets of so much heat. They just capture the heat I guess.

Then you store your cold inside of the heat, or under it, just a pro tip. I wonder what the electrical accumulator is made of, we all know electricity is stored on a large scale now, cause it's so easy to do.

yeah I would have thought below it. Maybe its a surface area thing. I know nothing of electrical storage beyond recognizing a dildo battery when I see one inside a womans purse

I know a thing or two about it. And one of the least bad ways is to convert it into another form of energy , f.e. pump up water behind a dam, then letting it flow through a turbine. Or dialyse water into hydrogen and use that for a generator. Both have a lot of loss .... there isn't a really good way to store electricity, batteries are very limited.
