How Pittsburgh Does Fourth Of July

Not really sure why they're waving an English flag but I'd have to think it's out of respect. The flag is over the old brick house which is remnance of Fort Duquesne which was the English settlement before the Revolutionary war before Fort Pitt replaced it.

I have no idea. I took it while in traffic on my way home Friday. But that is the site of the first settlement at Fort Duquesne.
